Galactose is a simple sugar that is more common in your body than glucose.

D-Galactose is an aldohexose, which plays a crucial role in many biological processes. It is also one of the HMO precursors, of which contain fucose (fucosyllactose) and galactose oligosaccharides.

The product has a natural origin, obtained from a proprietary bacterial polymer.
